Mac - How to Install Ricoh from Self-Service

In order to install and print to a Ricoh printer on campus, you must be:

a) Physically plugged into the campus network via an ethernet cable

b) Connected to campus Global Protect VPN

How to install a Ricoh via the Self-Service application:

1) In your applications folder, open Self-Service

2) In the Self-Service app click the Browse option in the left sidebar to bring up more navigation options

3) Click Ricoh Printers

4) All available Ricoh printers will display in the main menu for install. You will need your Ricoh ID number (which is listed on the front of the physical Ricoh printer) to choose the appropriate printer you want to install. Each printer is named beginning with the Ricoh ID number.

5) Click the Install button

6) After a few moments your Ricoh should be installed and ready for printing
